4. Known Limitations

While we work hard to be fully inclusive, some areas may currently fall short:

  • Third-Party Booking Portal: Our booking engine is provided by a third party. We are actively working with them to ensure their interface meets our high accessibility standards.

  • Clinical PDFs: Some older clinical documents may not be fully optimized for screen reading software. We are happy to provide these in alternative formats upon request.
